Full Service Resumes on the Damaged JR Hachinohe Line

We hereby announce that the JR Hachinohe Line, which had been partially suspended due to the impact of the earthquake off the coast of eastern Aomori Prefecture that occurred on Monday, December 8, has now resumed full line service starting with trains departing from around 9:00 AM on Tuesday, December 30.
Accordingly, the operation of alternative buses between Hachinohe Station and Same Station and special trains between Same Station and Kuji Station has ended as of 9:00 AM on Tuesday, December 30.
