At this plaza, there is a souvenir shop and a canteen where you can overlook Mutsu Bay. Souvenirs mainly deal with canola oil, sea cucumber, and scallop-related items associated with Yokohama Town, and also with souvenirs from the Shimokita Peninsula. The canteen offers plenty of local specialties such as scallop croquettes, sea cucumber soba noodles, ramen with canola flower, and Mutsu Bay ramen with plenty of seafood from Mutsu Bay. The nanohana soft ice cream that is only available here, is made with canola flower, and very popular for its mild sweetness.
