This is the northernmost aquarium in Honshu that displays approximately 300 species of 10,000 aquatic organisms, including those inhabiting Aomori Prefecture which is surrounded by a rich natural environment. Standing in the 15-meter-long tunnel, you will feel as if you are in the sea of "Mutsu Bay", observing the creatures up close. And you can see how scallops are reared. The popular dolphin performance is held at the indoor pool all year round. The dynamic jump performance of dolphins in music, which is inspired by Tsugaru shamisen and Nebuta Hayashi music, is unique to Aomori and can only be enjoyed here.
