A Bagel & Café located in Nagawa, Aomori City.　Pommiel It is a small shop located at the edge of a rice field in the nature-rich Ōshakuka area.We make bread using vegetables and fruits harvested from our own farm. Pommiel is made up of two French words.

combined and made by「pomme＝apple　miel＝honey」.It is a coined word for the precious apples and honey that have been around since my childhood.

In spring, apple blossoms bloom, and the bees buzz around pollinating. In summer, the lush green  fills the season of vegetables.In autumn, bright red apples abundantly ripen, and in winter, the world transforms into a snow-covered, silver landscape.

The bagel dough is fermented at low temperature for 20 hours, and we bake bagels by hand every day.

Please enjoy bread made with vegetables and fruits harvested from our own farm in the local area, allowing you to experience the four seasons of Aomori.

You can enjoy the bread at the adjacent Sō Café that beside Pommiel.
