In the middle of May, there is a field of Nanohana (canola flower) laid out like a yellow carpet, along the Street Hamanansu (Route 279), which runs across Yokohamacyo from north to south. This field boasts the largest area of canola plantation in Japan, about 150 hactares (equivalent to 30 times the size of the Tokyo Domes).
