This center is located next to Noheji Station of Aoimori Railway and provides tourism information of Aomori Prefecture, including the Shimokita Peninsula. The center also exhibits and sells a wide variety of local specialties not only from the town but also from Shimokita and Kamikita regions. In the hall, a wall of posters that provides information on scenic spots across Aomori Prefecture creates an atmosphere of the gallery. There are also places for tourists to have a bite or take a break.
