Top Mast is a glass building facing the beach of Kanranyama Park. It offers local products and specialties from Tsugaru and Shimokita, as well as specialties from towns in Hokkaido (e.g. Kikonai, Sunahara, Saroma, and Tokoro) that have a close connection with Sotogahama. On the second floor, there is a Chinese restaurant "She Ronfu". There is also a terrace where you can smell the sea breeze, as well as an observation deck overlooking Mutsu Bay from 30m above the ground.
