If you come to Goshogawara, Tachineputa Museum is a place you can't miss. This museum produces and exhibits Tachineputa (standing nebuta floats) used in the Goshogawara Tachineputa Festival, which is held from August 4th to August 8th every year. There is also a souvenir shop, a restaurant, and a production studio where visitors can experience the making of Tachineputa. In the paid exhibition room, a large Tachinebuta float is displayed. You can take a closer look at the areas that cannot be seen during the festival. You can also watch video clips of the festival and learn the history of it.
