The Takayama Inari Shrine is known as Aomori's best spiritual shrine, where most people go to pray for safety in sea travels, abundant harvests, and success in business. There are a wide variety of religions here, agriculture, commerce, industry, fisheries, household safety, sickness healing, roadside protection, etc.. The shrine has been supported by both locals and people from far away. Also, the multiple red torii gates that wind along its path are very impressive and can only be found here.
