Located on the northern slope of Mt. Iwaki, Aomori Spring Ski Resort has a reputation for its snow totals and quality. From the 921m Gondola summit, you can overlook the Sea of Japan and the Tsugaru Plain. The resort offers a wide variety of ski courses, such as a course running through the beech forest and one with a steep slope up to 30 degrees.Please note that the name of the resort has been changed from Naqua Shirakami Ski Resort to Aomori Spring Ski Resort since December 2015.
